Notes:
The above unaudited results, as reviewed by the Audit Committee, were considered, approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 9th November 2020.
2 Due to COVID-19 pandemic and the consequent lockdown across the country, the Company's operations and financial results for the quarter and half year have been impacted. While the operations of the Company for the current quarter have attained normalcy, challenges still exist. In assessing the recover ability of the carrying amount of its assets, the Company has considered internal and external information up to the date of approval of these financial results. However, the impact assessment of COVID-19 is a continuing process given the uncertainty associated with its nature and duration. The Company will continue to monitor any material changes as the situation evolves.

२ कोविड-१९ (साथीचा रोग) सर्व देशभर (किंवा खंडभर) असलेला आणि परिणामी देशभरातील लॉकडाऊनमुळे कंपनीच्या कामकाजात आणि अर्ध्या वर्षाच्या आणि परिणामांवर परिणाम झाला आहे. सध्याच्या तिमाही कंपनीच्या कामकाजात सामन्यता आली आहे, तरीही आहेत, आपल्या मालमत्तेच्या वहन रकमेच्या पुनर्प्राप्ती क्षमतेचे मूल्यांकन करताना, कंपनीने या आर्थिक निकालांच्या मंजुरीच्या तारखेपरीत आणि बाह्य माहितीचा चिवार केला आहे. तथापि, कोविड-१९ चे प्रभाव मूल्यांकन हो त्याच्या प्रकृती
