Sub: Disclosure in terms of Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011

This is with reference to the letter dated 31.03.2020 filed by Suremi Trading Private Limited (‘the Company’), intimating the acquisition of 5,00,000 Equity shares (3,79,256 equity shares acquired on 30[th] March,2020 and 1,20,744 equity shares acquired on 31[st] March,2020) of NOCIL Limited on 30[th] March and 31[st] March, 2020.

The disclosure was based on the Contract Note given by the broker.

Subsequent to filing the above mentioned disclosure, the Company had received an email from their Depository Participant on 07.04.2020 mentioning that there is a shortfall of 5 shares purchased on 30.03.2020 i.e. the actual acquisition is of 3,79,251 shares instead of 3,79,256 shares.

Based on the above mentioned fact, the Company wishes to file the revised disclosures for purchase of 4,99,995 Equity shares instead of 5,00,000 Equity shares.

Enclosed is the disclosure in terms of Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 with respect to acquisition of 4,99,995 equity share capital of NOCIL Limited.
