Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 25[th] March 2019 has granted 3,54,900 Stock Options under the Company’s Employees Stock Options Scheme (ESOS) w.e.f. 25[th] March 2019 to certain Senior Managerial personnel of the Company.
