Sub.: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015- Appointment of Internal Auditors.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 we wish to inform you that based on recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 7th May 2026 approved the appointment of M/s. Sharp & Tannan Associates, Chartered Accountants, as Internal Auditors of the Company for Audit period of three consecutive years commencing from FY 2026-27 till FY 2028-29, with effect from 1st July 2026.
We enclose herewith brief details of the aforesaid appointment in Annexure A.
The information in regard to the abovementioned appointment in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed herewith as Annexure
The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 2.30 p.m. (IST) and concluded at 6.30 p.m. (IST).
