NobleOak Life Limited (ASX: NOL) ( Company ) hereby provides notice that the 2021 Annual General Meeting of the Company ( AGM ) is to be held on Wednesday, 1 December 2021.
Further details relating to the AGM will be advised in the Notice of Meeting which will be available to all shareholders and lodged with the ASX in the coming weeks.
The closing date for receipt of any nominations for the position of director at the 2021 Annual General Meeting is 5:00pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 29 September 2021.
