Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Noble Polymers Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at the Registered Office of the Company, inter alia, to transact the following businesses:

1. To evaluate the proposal for raising of funds for augmenting the financial resources of the Company, by way of issue of equity Shares or Convertible Equity Warrants or through any permissible method as may be decided by the Board, subject to such regulatory / statutory approvals as may be required including the approval of shareholders of the Company for this purpose;
2. Any other matter with the permission of the Chairman.

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and in accordance with the Company’s "Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the insiders including the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives w.e.f. May 11, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the outcome of this Board Meeting.
