Changes in Group management

Kristoffer Ljungfelt, currently Chief Financial Officer of Nobia, has agreed to be appointed EVP and Head of Region UK. The appointment is pending UK visa approval. Kristoffer will replace Dan Carr, Head of Region UK, who has decided to leave the company to pursue opportunities outside of the Group. Recruitment of new CFO has been initiated.
