Major shareholder announcement

NNIT A/S ("NNIT") hereby announces the receipt of notification pursuant to Section 38 of the Danish Capital Markets Act from Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker Aktieselskab that Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker Aktieselskab as of 5 April, 2022 has reported to have reduced its holding of shares in NNIT A/S to 2,486,000 shares corresponding to 9.94% of the total share capital and voting rights in NNIT. The announcement is in accordance with section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act.
