Changes to the Board of Directors of NNIT A/S

Copenhagen, December 2, 2015 - NNIT, a leading provider of IT services and consultancy announces that Mr. Wilbert A. M. Kieboom has resigned as member and deputy chairman of the Board of Directors of NNIT A/S.

"I am grateful to Wilbert A. M. Kieboom for his contribution to the company, which is based on his significant experience as an executive in the IT industry, and I want to thank him for his efforts," says Jesper Brandgaard, Chairman of the Board of Directors.

According to NNIT A/S' Articles of Association the Deputy Chairman is elected by the Annual General Meeting. The next Annual General Meeting takes place in March 2016.
