Ministry of Steel, Government of India vide order No. S-14011/1/2022-BLA dated 06.11.2024 has communicated the appointment of Shri Subodh Kumar Singh (DIN - 01863607) as Government Director on the Board of Directors of NMDC Limited with immediate effect or until further orders, whichever is the earlier.

Shri Subodh Kumar Singh is not related to any Director on the Board of NMDC Limited. He is not disqualified to act as a Director under the provisions of Section 164, of the Companies Act, 2013. Further it is to state that he is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of order of Court or Tribunal or SEBI or any other such authority.

Shri Subodh Kumar Singh, Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, Ministry of Steel Government of India, belongs to the Indian Administrative Service (Chhattisgarh Cadre1997). He is an Electrical Engineering Graduate from IIT Roorkee. He also holds a master degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Roorkee and a master degree in Business Administration from IGNOU.
