This is with reference to our earlier letter dated 03.10.2023 intimating about the appointment of M/s S A R C & Associates, Hyderabad as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2023-24 by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG).

It is now informed that in partial modificaiton of its earlier letter, C&AG vide letter No.CA.V/COY/CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, NMDC(4)/1857 dated 29.09.2023 has now appointed M/s Varma & Varma, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the company for financial year 2023-24 in place of M/s S A R C & Associates.
