Issuance of subordinated notes

NLB d.d., Ljubljana (hereinafter also: the company) announced on 14 November 2022 that it awarded the mandate to the syndicate of banks to arrange potential issuance of Tier 2 subordinated notes (hereinafter also: the subordinated notes).

The company decided to postpone the issuance of subordinated notes.

This announcement will be available on the company’s website (www.nlb.si) as of 18 November 2022.
