Announcement of envisaged issuance of green senior preferred notes

In accordance with the Stock Exchange Rules and Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, company NLB d.d., Ljubljana (NLB d.d.) is hereby informing the public that it has mandated Barclays Bank Ireland PLC, BNP Paribas, BofA Securities Europe SA and Erste Group Bank AG together with NLB d.d. as Joint Lead-Managers to organise a series of fixed-income meetings ahead of a potential issuance of green notes with 4-year maturity and callable after 3 years, subject to market conditions. The notes will be intended to count towards the minimum requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities (MREL) and will be offered to eligible counterparties and professional clients outside the United States of America.
