NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR SHAREHOLDING

In regard to the Danish Security Trading Act §29 NKT Holding A/S has been informed that Nordea Investment Funds (Luxembourg) has reduced its holdings of shares so that it no longer holds more than 5% of the share capital and voting rights of NKT Holding A/S.
