NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR SHAREHOLDING

In regard to the Danish Security Trading Act §29 NKT Holding A/S has been informed that Nordea Funds Oy has acquired shares in NKT Holding A/S resulting in the 5% threshold to be passed.

Nordea Funds Oy's total shareholding has increased to 1,221,123 shares corresponding to 5.013% of the share capital of NKT Holding A/S.
