Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors at their Meeting held today i.e. on March 20, 2023 has taken following decision

1. Re-appointment of Mr. Nimish Keshavlal Patel (DIN: 00240621) as the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company for further period of 5 (Five) years with effect from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2028 subject to the approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The meeting of Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 1.30 P.M. and the meeting concluded at 2.30 P.M.

Further, Pursuant to the SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, the brief profile of Managing Director is enclosed herewith.
