• 1. Migration of Specified securities (Equity Shares) from SME Exchange platform of National Stock Exchange of India (NSE Emerge) to main board of National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), subject to approval of shareholders by Special Resolution in Postal ballot.
• 1. Convening of Postal Ballot in accordance with the calendar of events, approval to Postal Ballot Notice and Postal Ballot Form;
• 1. Appointment of CA Piyush Ramesh Agrawal, Chartered Accountants, Jalna as scrutinizer to conduct the Postal Ballot.
