The 22nd Annual General Meeting (2020-21) of the company was held on Tuesday, September 28th 2021, which commenced at 12.00 P.M. through Video Conferencing ("VC") /Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM") which was concluded at 12.30 P.M. with e-voting to transact the business as mentioned in the notice conveying the Annual General Meeting.

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform you that Members inter-alia have duly approved all the ordinary and Special business as specified in the notice conveying the Annual General Meeting and the voting for the ordinary business was done by e-voting in accordance with applicable section of Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

The 22th AGM (2020-21) of the company was held on the Tuesday, September 28th 2021 which commenced at 12.00 P.M. at through Video Conferencing ("VC") /Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM").

The Chief Financial Officer, Mr. KAILAS MADANLAL AGRAWAL with the permission of the chairman of the company welcomes the members participated in the meeting through Video Conferencing ("VC") /Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM") and ascertains the quorum and meeting was called to proceed.

The Members participated through Video Conferencing ("VC") /Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM") in the AGM were as per scrutinizers report submitted in due course.
