MR. AnkushPatil, Company Secretary welcomed all the Members for the 19th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
Then, Chairman ascertained requisite quorum present i.e. 10 members were present and the meeting proceeded to the business.
The Notice convening the meeting, Directors Report Financial Statements for the year ended 31st March 2018 and independent Auditors Report on the Accounts for the financial year 2017-18 of the Company were read by the Chairman.
Mr. PiyushAgrawal, Chartered Accountants were appointed as Scrutinizer for the purpose of Scrutinizing the Poll.
The following items of business, as set out in the notice convening AGM were transacted at the Meeting:
