Subject: Transfer of Equity Shares to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority
Shareholders are hereby informed that pursuant to the provisions of the Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013, each of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Equity, and Stock) is to be transferred to IEPF Authority as are the Rules and upon such issue and subsequently resulting the shareholder's interest account to IEPF, the original share certification which stands registered in their name will automatically stand cancelled until the transfer from the IEPF to the Company has now communicated individually to the concerned shareholders whose shares are liable to be transferred to IEPF Authority during the financial year 2026-27 or taking appropriate action.
The details of each unpaid unclaimed dividend are regularly updated on the website of the IEPF Authority at www.ineindia.com as well as on the Company's website. The shareholders are requested to refer to the web-link (https://apcotee.india.com/technology/effort/iePF/1617627) to verify the details of unpaid dividends and the shares liable to be transferred to IEPF Authority.
Shareholders may note that both the unclaimed dividend and shares transferred to IEPF Authority including all benefits accruing on such shares, if any, can be claimed based on IEPF Authority by making an online application in Form IEPF-8 on the website www.eef.gov.in after following the procedure prescribed under the Rules.
The concerned shareholders, holding shares in physical form and whose shares are liable to be transferred to IEPF Authority, may note that the Company would be issuing new share certificates in lieu of the original share certificates held by them for the purpose of transfer of shares to IEPF Authority as per the Rules and upon such issue and subsequently resulting the shareholder's interest account to IEPF, the original share certification which stands registered in their name will automatically stand cancelled until the transfer from the IEPF to the Company has now communicated individually to the concerned shareholders whose shares are liable to be transferred to IEPF Authority during the financial year 2026-27 or taking appropriate action.

माम्बुद्राय | प्रायःकाल संवाददाता | 1) माम्बुद्राय क्षेत्र के नागरिकों के लिए स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के क्षेत्र में एक महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है। स्वास्थ्य के प्रबंधन परिसर कुमारी सेकंड एवं माम्बुद्राय जिला के जिला के निवेश असम में राज्य सरकार द्वारा राजकीय जिला विविधावलय माम्बुद्राय में तीन विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सकों के पाठ्यक्रम के आदेश जारी किए गए हैं। राज्य सरकार के आदेश से डॉ. गौतम कोहिका नाम की एक विशेष विशेषज्ञ तथा डॉ. योगेश सुकम (एनिम्बोसिस विशेषज्ञ) का पाठ्यक्रम जिला चिकित्सालय माम्बुद्राय में किया गया। यह नियुक्त चिकित्सकों, डॉ. आशीष गर्ग (फॉरेंसिक मेडिसिन-रेडिकल न्यूरोल) डॉ. गौतम कोहिका (क्यों एक और रोग विशेषज्ञ) तथा डॉ. योगेश सुकम (एनिम्बोसिस विशेषज्ञ) शामिल हैं।

विश्वविद्युत | प्रायःकाल संवाददाता | 1) राज्य विशिष्ट सेवा प्राधिकरण के निदेशक द्वारा आजाद जिला विशिष्ट सेवा प्राधिकरण मान सिंह मुंडासम की अध्यक्ष से आज राष्ट्रीय लोक अवलय का आवेदन किया जाएगा। प्राधिकरण सचिव सुजीत सूरार गोयल ने कहना कि लोक अवलय में अतिरिक्त बैंक, शैक्ष, किरागों, फार्म सहित, अन्य विभागों के दो निर्देशित प्रश्नों के उत्तर एवं राजस्व न्यायालयों के प्रकरण प्रतिबंधित हैं। निर्देशी प्रकरणों के संख्या के अनुरूप जिने पर में कुल 10 बैलेंस का गठन किया गया है। उनमें जिला मुख्यालय पर 22 बैलेंस के संयुक्त मुख्यालयों पर 12 बैलेंस शामिल हैं। प्रत्येक बैल में न्यूनतम अधिकतम आवास, एवं सदस्य के रूप में राजस्व अधिकारी अधिकारी होंगे।
