Sub: Update on another significant Marble Order amounting to INR 66.65 Crores, received from M/s. Prestige Estates Projects Limited

Dear Sir/Madam,

Nitco Limited (referred as the “Company”), vide letters reference no. NITCO/SE/2024-25/59 dated December 16, 2024, NITCO/SE/2025-26/07 dated April 30, 2025, NITCO/SE/2025-26/14 dated June 23, 2025 and NITCO/SE/2025-26/34 dated September 12, 2025 had informed the stock exchanges that the total orders received from M/s. Prestige Estates Projects Limited stood at approximately INR 280.44 Crores (excluding the current order).

The Company is now pleased to announce the receipt of an additional marble order valued at INR 66.65 Crores (excluding taxes) from M/s. Prestige Estates Projects Limited, taking the aggregate order value to approximately INR 347.09 Crores.

This additional order reflects the Company’s steady operational execution and underscores its continued relationship with renowned developers such as M/s. Prestige Estates Projects Limited.

The disclosure as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is attached herewith as Annexure I.
