This is with reference to BSE and NSE letter dated 23[rd] March, 2026 seeking clarification on the significant increase in the volume of the Company’s shares in the recent past.

In this regard, we wish to clarify that all information furnished by the Company is in the public domain and as on date, there is no announcement or price-sensitive information that is pending to be intimated, furnished or disclosed by the Company to the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the "SEBI Listing Regulations") or any other event which may have a bearing on the operation/performance of the Company.
