Subject: Update on Prestige Estates Projects Limited order

Further to our letters reference no. NITCO/SE/2024-25/59 dated December 16, 2024 and NITCO/SE/2025-26/07 dated April 30, 2025, wherein the Company had informed that as part of the ongoing project discussions, the Company had received orders for Tiles, Marble and Mosaic worth Rs. 216 Crores from Prestige Estates Projects Limited.

We are pleased to further inform that the Company has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Prestige Estates Projects Limited for an additional order for Tiles worth approximately Rs. 45 Crores. Therefore, total orders received from Prestige Estates Projects Limited (including the current LoI) stands at approximately Rs. 261 Crores, to be executed potentially over the period of twelve months.

This additional order reflects the robust business environment and showcases the continued trust placed in the Company’s execution capabilities by reputed developers like Prestige Estates.

The disclosure as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is attached herewith as Annexure A.
