Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the “Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Nitco Limited (the “Company”) is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 interalia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and three months ended June 30, 2024 (Q1).
Further, in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and in accordance with the Company's internal code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons of the Company (including their immediate relatives) from July 01, 2024 and shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours from the announcement/declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and three months ended June 30, 2024 (Q1).
