Further, in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and in accordance with Company's internal code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for Directors / Officers and designated employees of the Company from October 01, 2022 and shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours from the announcement / declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022 (Q2).
