This is to inform that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 and the Central and State Government directives, from time to time, to contain the pandemic of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), the company has taken all the necessary measures to ensure the well-being of all employees and to ensure compliance with the various directives issued by Central/State/Municipal authorities. Safety and well being of its employees and community at large is a key priority for the Company.

Further the operations in many of the states/union territories are currently disrupted and will continue to remain as such depending on further directives by the government authorities. The overall adverse impact on the operations of the Company is not immediately ascertainable.

In view of a national emergency situation aroused in the country due to spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) we are submitting this disclosure/announcement without signature.
