Subject: Clarification on Disclosure submitted to exchange on 27th January, 2020 under regulation 30(4) read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015

Dear Sir,

With respect to clarification sought by the exchange through email sent on 28th January, 2020, we would hereby like to clarify as under:

• 1) Expected quantum of loss/damage caused: It would be difficult for the Company to quantify the loss at this point of time as Lock out has been declared only on 27th January, 2020.
• 2) Estimated impact on the production/operations in case of strikes/lock outs: The Company is making alternate arrangements for contract manufacturing of the products being manufactured at Alibaug Plant to minimise the impact.
