Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("the Listing Regulations"), we wish to inform you that Mr. Sitanshu Satapathy has vide letter dated January 13, 2026 tendered his resignation from the position of Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel with effect from the close of business hours of January 13, 2026, on account of his future plans of self-engagement. The Company appreciates the valuable services rendered by him during his tenure.

Consequently, Mr. Sitanshu Satapathy also ceases to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from the aforesaid date.

The disclosure as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is attached herewith as Annexure I.
