Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“the Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform you that Mr. Jyoti Ranjan, Head – Human Resource and Senior Management Personnel of the Company, has retired from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of August 14, 2025.
Consequently, Mr. Jyoti Ranjan also ceases to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from the aforesaid date.
