Pursuant to the Regulation 30, Schedule III, Para A, Part A (7) and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, as amended, this is to inform you that Ms. Reema Remy, Assistant General Manager (AGM) – HR, being part of the Senior Management of Nitco Limited (“the Company”) has tendered her resignation on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. Post internal discussion with Ms. Reema Remy, the Company has accepted her resignation and shall relieve her from her duties from the closure of business hours of April 30, 2024.
