In continuance to the letter reference no. NITCO/SE/2024-25/08 dated April 24, 2024 vide which the Company disclosed the details pertaining to Change in Senior Management of the Company i.e. Resignation of Ms. Reema Remy, Assistant General Manager (AGM) – HR, part of the Senior Management of the Company and the same was submitted within the prescribed timeline. Further, resignation letter received from Ms. Reema Remy was inadvertently missed out as an attachment in the above referred letter and the same was submitted vide letter no. NITCO/SE/2024-25/25 dated July 25, 2024 upon receipt of email communication on July 24, 2024 from BSE Limited. The copies of the aforesaid submissions are enclosed herewith.

We hereby state that all compliances related to Change in Senior Management were done by the Company and we will further ensure that the Company will continue to make disclosures in compliance with the obligations under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 with the stock exchanges.

Dear Diviyang,

I have decided to move on in order to pursue another career opportunity outside Nitco.

Please consider this email as my formal resignation from the post of AGM - HR of Nitco Tiles. My last working day in the company will be 30 April, 2024.

This has been a very difficult decision for me but I am happy that Nitco is starting its upward journey and I wish Nitco a very bright future ahead.
