Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“the Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform you that Mr. Anjanikumar Sharma, Chief Financial Officer has vide letter dated April 3, 2023 tendered his resignation with immediate effect as a Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel.
The Company is in the process of appointing a new Chief Financial Officer and the same will be communicated to the Stock Exchanges in due course. Also, Mr. Anjanikumar will remain available to the Company during the transition period till May 25, 2023.
