We regret to inform you of the sad demise of Mr. Sharath Bolar, Independent Director of our company, on 18th October, 2021.
Mr. Sharath Bolar was appointed on the board of the company in 2014 and the company immensely benefitted from his vision and leadership during his tenure. Mr. Sharath Bolar's sudden and unexpected passing away is an irreparable loss to the company and all the directors and employees of the company convey deep sympathy, sorrow and condolences to his family.
