The stock exchanges are hereby informed that Mr. Mahesh Shah, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, is moving on from the services of the company for personal reasons with effect from close of business hours on July 3, 2020. The Board of Directors have accepted it at its meeting held today. Presently, the company has two positions viz., a CEO as well as a Managing Director though the regulations allow the company to have either a CEO or Managing Director. Consequent to this change, the company will continue with Mr. Vivek Talwar being the Chairman and Managing Director.
