Sub: Brief Profile of Appointment of Mr. Mahesh Shah as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company

With respect to email received from the exchange on $31^st$ October, 2018 we are hereby submitting the Brief Profile of Mr. Mahesh Shah who has been appointed as CEO (Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Mahesh is an Alumnus of Veermata Jijahai Technological Institute (VJTI) Mumbai, where he did his Engineering and later went on to complete his MBA from S.P.Jain Institute of Management in the year 1992. Mahesh has over 26 years of professional experience, with a good part of that being in senior management and business leadership roles.

Mahesh started his career with Crompton Greaves in 1992 and later moved to Polyset Plastics where he grew from being Project Executive to the General Manger. He was responsible for developing the distribution channel of moulded furniture from scratch, increasing its turnover and brining the company to the No.4 position in the Industry in a span of five years.

After a short stint with Add Pens, he went on to join Blow Plast Ergonomics and VIP Industries where he was responsible for turning around the furniture business. In 2003 he joined Damro as its country head and set up direct dealer networks across the country. Later he joined Nilkamal Plastics where he lead the company's foray into the retailing of Home Furniture.

Mahesh joins us from the Future Group where he was the CEO of Home Town. He spearheaded the growth of the "Home Town" concept introducing the large format

stores. He had earned the reputation of being a turnaround specialist with the business doubling its turnover in the last four years.
