RE: Nirvana Life Sciences Inc., (the “Company”) and Share Consolidation

Pursuant to Policy 9 of the Canadian Securities Exchange, we hereby provide notice on behalf of the Issuer to the British Columbia Securities Commission and the Ontario Securities Commission that the Issuer’s share capital will be consolidated such that every ten (10) existing common shares will be consolidated into one (1) new common share. The record date for the consolidation is March 24, 2025.

Pursuant to CSE Policy, it is anticipated that the shares will commence trading on the CSE on Monday March 24, 2025 under the symbol “NIRV”. The new CUSIP number will be 654652205 and the new ISIN number will be ISIN: CA6546522054
