We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has at its Meeting held today i.e. May 23, 2025 approved the appointment of Dash Dwivedi & Associates LLP, Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of five years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30 subject to approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, in accordance with Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable rules to conduct the Secretarial Audit of the Company.
