Sub: Intimation of Revised Disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

In continuation of our earlier disclosure dated May 23, 2025, and the revised outcome subsequently uploaded, we wish to inform you that due to an inadvertent oversight, Annexure-C was not attached. Accordingly, we are now submitting the revised disclosure along with the Annexure-C, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. We regret the oversight and request you to take the revised submission on record as follows.:

We wish to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has at its Meeting held on May 23, 2025 the Board has approved the following:

• i. Appointment of Dash Dwivedi & Associates LLP, Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of five years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30 subject to approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, in accordance with Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable rules to conduct the Secretarial Audit of the Company.

• ii. Re-appointment of CS Ankita Vishwakarma as the Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26.

• iii. Re-appointed Suryaprakash Maurya & Co. Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditor of the Company for a period of five years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30 subject to approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
