In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we please to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was held on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 the board considered and approved the following:

1. Re-appointment of Shri. Raghav Daga (DIN: 00084553) as the Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 (Three) years with effect from 07[th] June, 2024 to 06[th] June 2027 (both days inclusive), subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.

2. Re- appointment of Mrs. Santosh Mundhra (DIN: 08289315) Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, for a second term of 5 years with effect from June 01, 2024 to May 31, 2029 (both days inclusive), subject to approval of the shareholders.

Details with respect to re-appointment of Shri. Shailesh Daga as the Managing Director and Mrs. Santosh Mundhra as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, as required under Regulation 30 the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No.
