Ref: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that M/s. Niraj Cement Structurals Limited (JV) has received the following work orders from Northeast Frontier Railway (NF Railway):

• 1) Construction of substructure and superstructure for Bridge No. 312/A of span 1x24.0m + 1x36.0 m + 1x24.0m Welded Steel Composite Girder (Road Over Bridge) at Chainage 199/3-4 km (over State Highway) between Bilasipara-Chapar stations in connection with the New MaynaguriJogighopa New B.G. Line Project,” valued at Rs. 50.95 Crores including GST.

• 2) Construction of Nine (09) numbers of minor bridges, construction of balance wing walls/return walls, etc. of various major bridges, providing and fixing height gauges in various Road Under Bridges (RUBs) along with miscellaneous and ancillary works under Dy. CE/Con/NJP in the Araria-Galgalia Project and also providing and fixing height gauges in RNI-BPMS siding”, valued at Rs. 179.11 Crores including GST.

The details as required under SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023 are annexed as Annexure of this letter.
