Sub: Intimation of meeting of the Board of Directors pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

With reference to the above-captioned subject and in terms of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform your good office that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 13[th] September, 2024 to consider, inter alia, proposal for raising funds by way of issue of one or more instruments including equity shares and/or convertible securities or warrants on preferential basis at such price as may be determined in accordance with the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, subject to such approvals as may be required and to transact other businesses with the permission of the Chairman.

Further, please note that in accordance with the Company's Code of Practices and Procedures and Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities and Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (the "Code") read with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition Of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company for Designated Persons shall remain closed from the close of business hours of 10[th] September, 2024 till 48 hours after the outcome of the Board Meeting are made public in terms of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
