This is with reference to the intimation dated 7tt' January, 2020 for allotment of 2,15,00,000 warrants and its part allotment of 67,18,750 equity shares on l8th May,2020 and 67,18,750 equity shares on 26tt1October, 2O2O . This is to further inform you that the convertible warrant holders, to whom the warrants were allotted on 7th January, 2020 on preferential basis, have further exercised their right for conversion of the balanced warrants into equity shares. Consequently, the Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 4th January , 2021, has further allotted 80,62,500 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (with a premium of Rs. 6/- per equity share) pursuant to exercise of 80,62,500 convertible warrants as Per details specified below:

post the allotment of equity shares, the paid up equity shares of the Company has increased from INR 32,09,28,000/- (Rupees Thirty Two Crore Nine Lakhs Twenty Eight Thousand only) to INR 40,15,53,000/- (Rupees Forty Crore Fifteen Lakhs Fifty Three Thousand only).
