Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been informed that on 31 March 2022, Ms Rosemary Morgan, a non-executive director of the Company, and her spouse Mr M Damazer as a person closely associated ("PCA") each sold 16,280 ordinary shares of 1p nominal value each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from their joint account at £1.22 and bought the same amount of Ordinary Shares in their individual ISAs at £1.22.
The shareholding of the Ms Rosemary Morgan and her spouse as PCA remains unchanged following the above transactions.
