Oxford, UK - 11 April 2025:   NIOX Group plc (AIM: NIOX) announces that it was today notified that Áinne Naylor, a PCA of Robert Naylor (Non-Executive Director), purchased 44,166 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 11 April 2025 at a price of £0.565 per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Robert Naylor's total reportable shareholding in the Company is 44,166 Ordinary Shares (including those held by PCAs). This equates to 0.01% of the voting rights of the Company.
