Oxford, UK - 25 June 2024:   NIOX Group plc (AIM: NIOX) announces that today, Michael Roller, Chief Financial Officer, notified the Company that his wife sold a total of 60,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 68.0p per share and purchased into an ISA a total of 60,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 68.05p per share.

Resulting interests

Following this transaction, Michael Roller's total shareholding in the Company remains unchanged at 748,174 Ordinary Shares (including those held in his wife's name). This equates to 0.18% of the issued share capital of the Company.
