Item 8.01. Other Events.

On May 29, 2019, NioCorp Developments Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the filing of a Technical Report prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 of the Canadian Securities Administrators regarding the 2019 Feasibility Study completed for the Company’s Elk Creek Project. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
