Dear Sir / Madam,

We wish to inform that, pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing regulations”), the Board of Directors in their meeting held today i.e., Friday, 04[th] August, 2023 at 03.30 p.m., considered and approved the allotment of 82,56,000 equity bonus shares to the shareholders of the company as on the record date i.e., 3[rd] August, 2023 in the ratio of 4:5 (4 (Four) bonus equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for every 5 (Five) fullypaid up equity shares held). The new bonus equity shares shall rank pari-passu in all respects with the existing equity shares of the company.
