Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that:

1. Mr. Vishal Ramesh Shah, (DIN: 01681950), Independent Director of the Company has tendered his resignation vide resignation letter dated 10[th] February, 2026, with effect from the closure of business hours on 12[th] February, 2026 along with his membership in various Committees of the Company, due to personal reason and certain other preoccupations.

2. Mr. Hursh Pareshkumar Jani, (DIN: 01356764), Independent Director of the Company has tendered his resignation vide resignation letter dated 10[th] February, 2026, with effect from the closure of business hours on 12[th] February, 2026, and has also tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of the material subsidiary of the Company, due to prior professional engagements and personal commitments.

The Company has received confirmation from Mr. Vishal Ramesh Shah and Mr. Hursh Pareshkumar Jani, that there are no material reasons for the resignation other than those stated in their respective resignation letters.

The details required under Regulation 30 and Schedule III of Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular are enclosed as Annexure I along with the copy of the resignation letters received from both the Independent Directors. This is for your information and records.
