Description

Nimy Resources Limited (‘NIM’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX on Thursday, 18 November 2021.

The securities of NIM will commence quotation at 12:30 PM AEDT on Monday, 22 November 2021.

NIM raised $6,448,500 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 6 October 2021 by the issue of 32,242,500 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
