With reference to the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that in the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held on today i.e 25[th] June, 2024 pursuant to company’s policy Code of Conduct To Monitor and Report Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Ms. Ritika Aggarwal, Company Secretary has been appointed as ‘Compliance Officer’ for the compliances of policies, procedures, maintenance of records, monitoring adherences to the rules for the preservation of unpublished price sensitive information , monitoring of trades and the implementation of the codes specified in these regulations under the overall supervision of the Board of Directors.

Further, in continuation of our earlier communication dated 17.05.2024, Mr. Jitendra Kumar shall continue to act as ‘Alternate Compliance Officer’ and Alternate Chief Investor Relation Officer (CIRO) for a remaining period of his tenure of one year in the Company, under the ‘Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information ‘framed under the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 under the overall supervision and control of the Board.
